Introducing the RV6� Catted Downpipe for the 2022+ Civic equipped with a naturally aspirated 2.0 K20C2.

This downpipe replaces the highly restrictive O.E precat with a free-flowing contoured casting and a high-flow 300 cell cat. The entire assembly is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel and is TIG welded by our master welders in the USA.

The RV6� Catted Downpipe for the 2022+ Civic 2.0L was meticulously designed using Solidworks 3D modeling and our Romer CMM system for extremely precise measurements. The transition from the engine to the tube was engineered using advanced flow analysis to maximize flow characteristics. This transition was then crafted into a high-strength 304 stainless precision casting, ensuring a durable product with optimized turbulence-free flow.

When Honda first introduced the integrated exhaust manifold, many people were disappointed that conventional "headers" were now obsolete. This was especially true since the K-Series platform had previously delivered impressive performance gains with quality headers. Upon examining the O.E precat, it's evident that it was designed for cost-effective mass production, with components that are stamped and welded without consideration for turbulence or restrictions. This, combined with the two catalytic cores, significantly restricts the engine's power output.
